DAY 1: Contortion Exercise
Last night I watched some contortion beginner exercise videos on YouTube. I screenshot each position to put it into OneNote. I pasted it into the section that I have for contortion and planned to do the exercises in the morning. I tried the exercise out today.
I tried it out for 30 minutes. It was a good experience. I stretched my body into the contortion positions, and every time I did it, I felt a feel good experience. Like my body needed it. It needed this movement to stretch and flex. What made contributed to the relaxing experience is the music that I listened to when doing it. It was relaxing but there were moments and points that I did see that I need to change about myself. I am going to invest more time into this work.
